Now have: /qadmin cost /qadmin prize /qadmin iConomy (to enable/disable iConomy)

My server was looking at craftizens but having a flat file data source was an absolute requirement for us, so I finished your implementation of it(also fixed a small bug with quest details not updating after a /qadmin save), anyway here is my code, hope this helps you!
